POEA and POEB Transformers
1:08
Eaton POEA and POEB transformers provide compact transformer solutions in standard packages for IEEE 802.3 PoE applications across a wide range of power levels up to PoE++. Eaton POEA transformers in EP10 and EP13 surface mount packages support flyback topologies from 3 to 27 watts . POEB transformers are offered in EFD15, EFD20, EFD25, and EFD30 packages and support flyback and forward topologies from 12 to 156 watts. The transformers offer low leakage inductance for higher efficiency. They provide 1500 volt AC isolation between the primary and secondary side and can operate in ambient temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius. The flexibility, high isolation, and wide operating temperature make the POEA and POEB transformers ideal for lighting, remote cameras, industrial automation, network equipment, security systems, and more.
